Ohio's longest-standing arts commission, founded in 1959, now settled into a new Uptown home on Adams Street. They run the Art Loop series, Artomatic 419, the city's mural permits, and the public art you've walked past a hundred times. Since 1977 they've managed Toledo's One Percent for Art program, the first in the state.
